Paper
Can I sell planners on Etsy?
Yes — printable pages you designed, sold as a file. Instant download. Name the size. Do not use another company’s planner name in the title. Do not photograph a tablet mockup and call it paper.
The planner aisle is crowded with dated 2024 leftovers and inserts that claim to fit every binder on earth. A clean undated weekly still sells if the listing looks like printed paper and the title starts with words people type.
Allowed, with a hard line
Your grid, your type, your habit tracker. US Letter or A5 — list only the sizes in the zip. Taxonomy sits under stationery / planners. A physical bound book is a different listing and a different shipping problem. This guide is for the PDF.
You may not sell “Passion Planner compatible” or any other trademarked system as if it were yours. You may not copy a competitor’s hourly layout line for line. Inspiration is not a license.
What a good listing says
Undated, if it is. Hole-punch margin, if you left one. Print at 100%, not “fit to page.” Instant download. Personal use. No physical item. A photo of the page on a desk beats a pastel Canva scene with a latte and a stranger’s hand.
Titles
Start with printable planner or weekly planner or planner insert. Add undated, size, and one job (habits, meals, work week). Skip aesthetic productivity girl.
Price
$8–$18. A two-page weekly insert should stay under $12. A long undated pack can sit higher. Dated annual books go stale; price them knowing March will be kinder to undated files.
